What's Partial/Hold status?

Partial status is when we only partially refund an order. We sometimes are unable or unwilling to deliver the full order. In these cases, we will refund the amount that is not yet received. Example: If you ordered 10 000, and paid 10$ for delivery, and we delivered 9 000, and then the remaining 1 000, we will "Partialize" your order and refund the 1 000 (in this case, 1$).

What is drip feed?

Drip Feed allows you to place the same order multiple times. Let's say that you want 1000 likes for your Instagram post and you need 100 every 30 minutes. You will enter Link: Your Post Quantity: 100 Runs. If the maximum quantity is 4000, then you won't write Quantity: 500 or Run: 10. The total quantity will be 500x10=5000, which is more than the service's maximum (4000). 

You should not set the Interval lower than the actual start time. Some services require 60 minutes to begin. This will result in an order failure.

Average Time To Completion Of Orders

All orders will be processed within 24 hours of the order. Instagram and Twitter orders may take longer to complete (1-3 days). Will I be refunded for lost followers or likes? There is no way to refund followers or likes that may drop due to the updates in Twitter/Instagram/Facebook/Youtuber. This would only be 2-3 followers per update. (Maximum). There are no refunds for the payments.

How do I cancel an order I have placed?

No. Orders are permanent and cannot be cancelled by admin. All users must be visible to the public before an order is placed. A refund will not be issued to private users. It will still hit our servers regardless of what!

How do I get a YouTube comment link?

Locate the timestamp next to your username in your comment. Click on it and then click "Copy Link address". This link will look something like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch/v=12345&lc=a1b21etc. To make sure you have the right link, copy it into your browser's address box. You will notice that the comment is now at the bottom of the video. It will say "Highlighted comment".
